1.2 By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2.1 Authentic Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd, acts as an inbound travel agent providing tour packages, sightseeing, transfers, accommodation arrangements, and related travel services within Kuching & Mulu.
2.2 All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
3.1 All bookings must be made through our official website and email.
3.2 A deposit or full payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
3.3 Final payment must be completed by the deadline provided in the booking confirmation.

Booking & Payment
4.1 All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, tax changes, or other factors beyond our control.
4.3 Once full payment is received, the price is guaranteed and will not change.
5.1 Authentic Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any tour or service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
5.2 In the event of such a cancellation, customers will be offered:
Authentic Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any additional expenses incurred by the customer (e.g., airline delays, natural disasters), we will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements, subject to availability and additional costs (if any). However, refunds are not guarantee
6.1 Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable).
6.2 The following cancellation charges apply (unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation):
– Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost.
– Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
– Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 30 business days after approval.
6.4 Some services (e.g., flights, hotel bookings) may have non-refundable components; these will be clearly communicated.
Unused or Missed Services
No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused services, missed tours, activities, accommodations, or transportation once the tour or service has commenced. This includes situations where the customer:
7.1 Requests to change travel dates, services, or participants are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7.2 Authentic Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd, reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8.1 Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any other required documents.
8.2 Authentic Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any losses caused by failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
9.1 We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, losses, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, accidents, and other unforeseen events.
11.1 Customers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation in tours.
11.2 Authentic Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse service if a traveler’s health or behavior poses a risk to themselves or others.

13.1 All foreign travelers are responsible for complying with the Immigration Act 1959/63 (Malaysia) and all related regulations when entering Malaysia. This includes ensuring:
13.2 Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, health or vaccination certificates (if required), and for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided.
13.3 Authentic Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any refusal of entry, deportation, fines, detention, or other penalties imposed by Malaysian authorities due to non-compliance with immigration laws or failure to present valid documents. All costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the customer.
